1) Where do you ship?

We currently ship to United Kingdom addresses only.

2) When will my order be processed?

Orders are processed within 0–1 business day.
Processing days: Monday–Saturday
Order cut-off: 2:00 PM (UK time) (orders placed after may be processed the next business day)

3) How long does delivery take?

After dispatch, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days (Monday–Saturday).
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, peak periods, or weather.

4) How much is shipping?

Shipping costs (if applicable) are shown at checkout before you pay.

5) Will I receive tracking?

Where tracking is available, we’ll email tracking details once your order is dispatched.
If you haven’t received tracking, contact us and we’ll help.

6) Can I change my delivery address after ordering?

If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we may be able to help. Contact us ASAP with your order number and the correct address. Once dispatched, address changes may not be possible.

7) Can I cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t been dispatched, we may be able to cancel it. Please contact us immediately. If it has already shipped, you may need to follow our returns process.

8) What is your returns policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging/accessories where applicable.

9) Do you accept returns for faulty or damaged items?

Yes. If your item is faulty, incorrect, or damaged on arrival, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos. Nothing in our policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

10) Who pays for return shipping?

  • Change of mind / non-defective returns: customer pays return shipping
  •  Faulty/incorrect/damaged on arrival: we cover reasonable return shipping costs or offer an appropriate solution

11) How long do refunds take?

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing typically takes 5–10 business days (payment providers may take longer).

12) Do you offer exchanges?

No — we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
